$250 FFL Gift Card

Prize:
Grand prize is one $250.00 FFL Gift Card. One $250.00 cash prize will be awarded for the three-month contest period. Odds of winning are determined by the number of valid entries. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize to be awarded by First Federal Lakewood. First Federal Lakewood is responsible for distribution of any prizes in this contest. No substitute or transfer of prizes is permitted. First Federal Lakewood reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation.
Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is open to people 18 years or older, who complete and submit the customer satisfaction survey and official entry form online here January 1, 2012 - March 31, 2012 at 11:59pm. No purchase is necessary. Need not be present to win. Employees (and their immediate families) of First Federal Lakewood, BFL Communications, PR 20/20, Peerlis, and Precision Dialogue are not eligible.
Winner Selection:
Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The decisions of First Federal Lakewood are final. First Federal Lakewood will notify winners within five (5) days of the April 7, 2012 drawing. If winner does not respond within ten (10) days of phone notification, another winner will be selected. Winners are responsible for picking up their prize at the nearest branch. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected mail or entries, or delays of any type. By entering this contest, participants agree that any information sent to First Federal Lakewood becomes property of First Federal Lakewood and may be posted and/or published. General Conditions:
First Federal Lakewood reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Participants agree to be bound by these rules.
