Certified Checks
A personal or company check with First Federal of Lakewood's guarantee that funds are available. The check is stamped "Certified", at which time the amount is withdrawn from the customer’s account. The "Certified" stamp is First Federal of Lakewood’s written promise to pay the check when it is properly endorsed.
