In response to recent emails and phone calls being placed to individuals in the Greater Cleveland area, First Federal of Lakewood wants to share the following precautions with our customers.
 
First Federal of Lakewood will never contact you by email or phone asking for:
  • Account Numbers
  • Username or password information
  • Access online banking through an email link
  • Sensitive personal information
If you receive any Emails or Phone Calls that request this information they are not from First Federal of Lakewood.
 
NEVER give anyone your personal information, including account numbers, Social Security Numbers, usernames, passwords, security questions or anything related in email messages, pop-up windows, chat rooms, or phone calls you may receive. 
 
Contact the PUBLISHED First Federal of Lakewood Customer Service & More phone number or your Local Branch with questions or concerns.
 
If you have responded to a solicitation with your personal information please contact us immediately at our published Customer Service & More phone number 216.529.2700 so that we can close your account and open a new one.  We will never ask you to call a number other than our published phone numbers.
