Am I Eligible

Each situation is reviewed on a case by case basis. The list below is general information that we look at to determine if you might qualify for a payment alternative.

 

·    Must demonstrate an involuntary inability to pay/anticipate experiencing a hardship

·    Account in question must be a mortgage or home equity line of credit (no overdraft lines of credit)

·    Home must not be vacant or condemned

·    The loan must be residential not commercial

·    Property must be a 1-4 family

 

Even if you don’t meet all of the criteria we still encourage you to submit a loss mitigation packet, if you feel you are going to have a difficult time making your payments. There may be a solution we can offer you.
