Debbie Girman has been with First Federal Lakewood for 15 of her 16 years in banking, spending the past two years in business banking. She has held positions as financial counselor, assistant branch manager of the North Ridgeville office, branch manager of the Avon Lake and North Olmsted offices, and branch sales manager of the Lakewood office.

Debbie is a member and past trustee of the Rotary Club of Cleveland and a past executive board member of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. Debbie and her husband are the parents of 3 grown children. She enjoys golf, investing, and gardening in her spare time.
