Honoring and Supporting Community Leaders at the 100 Black Men Ball & Awards Gala
A little party never hurt anybody!
The First Federal Lakewood team was ecstatic to receive an invite to the 100 Black Men Ball & Awards Gala, an event that celebrated and highlighted community leaders. First Federal Lakewood has been partnering with the 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland organization for eight years.
In attendance were local community leaders including Donald J. Jolly, superintendent of the Warrensville Heights City School district, Dr. Teresa Dews, president of Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital, and more.
“First Federal Lakewood has partnered with the organization in several ways,” said Chalana Williams, SVP, chief community development officer at First Federal Lakewood. “We presented financial education seminars for members of the organization and sponsored the organization’s Annual Scholarship and Awards Gala.
This annual event helps support critical programming for mentorship and financial literacy, with the goal of empowering and building culture and community with the youth in Greater Cleveland.”
We are proud to support this organization and we can’t wait to see its impact for years to come.
