As Regional Branch Manager for the Concord, Chagrin Falls, Garfield Heights and Parma branch offices, Donna Rosenau strives to get to know her customers by listening and understanding their needs. Donna joined First Federal Lakewood in 2012 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is adept at working with both personal and business customers, helping them save money and make their money work for them, whatever their financial goals. Donna has received the First Federal Lakewood President’s Award and is a member of the Mentor Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Painesville, Downtown Painesville Organization, Lake County Development Council and the United Way Women’s Leadership Organization. She began her financial services career with the former Charter One (now Citizens Bank) and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility.
