Fixed Rate Mortgages FHA - 30 Year

APRs based on $165,000.00 loan amount single family residence with 3.5% down payment and a 680 FICO. Please note FHA products are available at a minimum FICO score of 620. Payments quoted include required monthly mortgage insurance premium. Taxes and other insurance required are not included in payment amounts. Stated rates are not eligible for loan modification. Maximum 60-day rate lock. Adjustable Rate Mortgages Purchase and Refinance

Initial APRs & payments are based on $165,000.00 loan amount, 360 months, single family residence, with 25% down payment and a 740+ FICO. Subsequent payments are based off the “Recent Index” value plus the margin rounded to the nearest 1/8 for the remainder of the term. Future index values may be greater (or less) than the stated "recent index" values causing actual future principal and interest payments to be different than stated here. Loans with less of a down payment may require mortgage insurance which will increase the monthly payment. Taxes and insurance are required but not included in payment amounts. Rates are based on a 45-day rate lock. All conforming ARM products have margins of 2.25%. Interest rate changes on the 1/1, 3/1, and 5/1 ARM are limited to period maximums of 2% with a maximum increase of 6%. Interest rate changes on the 7/1 and 10/1 ARM are limited to an initial period change of 5% with any subsequent period maximum of 2% with a lifetime maximum of 5%.

Home Equity Lines of Credit

Monthly payments are interest only for 120 months. At the end of the initial 120 months no more advances of credit will occur and any remaining balance converts to a principal and interest payment for the next 120 months as provided for in the Agreement. Homeowners insurance is required. Other restrictions may apply. This product has a $50 annual fee. Consult your tax adviser regarding the deductibility of interest. Maximum loan amount of $300,000 on home purchases; $250,000 on home refinance or equity loans. Rates shown here are for loan with an 80.00% CLTV (Combined Loan To Value), 740± FICO credit score, and a debt-to-income ratio of less than or equal to 41.00%.
