About Scott

Scott Parker is a Mortgage Loan Originator with nearly 20 years of mortgage lending experience. Whether a customer is searching for a first home or an investment property, Scott helps them through the process so they can find the best loan product to fit their specific needs. He is accomplished in all types of loans, including construction financing, bridge financing, investment properties, renovation mortgages and working with first-time home buyers. He is a recipient of the First Federal Lakewood Above and Beyond Award, Shining Star Award and Making a Difference Award. He has also earned a number of additional awards throughout his career in the mortgage lending business. Scott is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland and the North Coast Building Industry Association. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kent State University.
