As part of that commitment, we maintain rigorous fraud controls and stay constantly on alert for any unusual activity on our customers’ accounts.
The security tips below offer helpful info on what you can do – and what we’re doing – to keep your information secure or get help if it ever becomes compromised.

Monitor your accountBe sure to check your accounts often, either via Online Banking, account alerts, or your statements. If you see any transactions you don’t recognize, call us immediately at (216) 529-2700 or visit our branch in person.Remember to change passwordsPasswords should be changed frequently. Never share details of your account, including your user name, password or the answer to security questions, with anyone.Never respond to requests to update personal informationInstead, call the Customer Service number on the back of your card or go directly to the website by typing the address into your browser – never click on a link given in a suspicious email.Obtain credit reports from each national credit reporting agencyUnder federal law, you are entitled to one free copy of your credit report every 12 months from each of the three nationwide credit reporting agencies.Obtain your free copy at: or by calling (877) 322-8228. If you discover fraudulent information, ask the credit reporting agency to remove it from your file.
