Martin has been with First Federal Lakewood since 2017 and serves as Regional Branch Manager for Avon, Avon Lake, Fariview Park, North Olmsted and North Ridgeville branches. Martin works with consumers and small businesses to help develop financial solutions that target specific needs while building long-term relationships through personalized service. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He previously worked as a Mortgage Broker and Branch Manager for several years before becoming Assistant Vice President, Branch Banking and Business Development with Dollar Bank, a position he held for 15 years. Martin is active in the North Ridgeville community and beyond, serving as Vice President of the North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce, which recently awarded him the Bright Star Award for chamber member of the year. He is on the North Ridgeville Board of Zoning and Appeals and has also served on the North Ridgeville Charter Review Committee. He serves on the board of directors for several business organizations, including the West Side Business Network, West Side Synergy and Easter Seals. Martin is also a member of the North Ridgeville Rotary Club. He attended Heidelberg University and was inducted in the North Ridgeville High School Alumni Hall of Fame in 2012. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
