Martin has been with First Federal Lakewood since 2017 and serves as Regional Branch Manager for Avon, Avon Lake, Fariview Park, North Olmsted and North Ridgeville branches. Martin works with consumers and small businesses to help develop financial solutions that target specific needs while building long-term relationships through personalized service. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He previously worked as a Mortgage Broker and Branch Manager for several years before becoming Assistant Vice President, Branch Banking and Business Development with Dollar Bank, a position he held for 15 years. Martin is active in the North Ridgeville community and beyond, serving as Vice President of the North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce, which recently awarded him the Bright Star Award for chamber member of the year. He is on the North Ridgeville Board of Zoning and Appeals and has also served on the North Ridgeville Charter Review Committee. He serves on the board of directors for several business organizations, including the West Side Business Network, West Side Synergy and Easter Seals. Martin is also a member of the North Ridgeville Rotary Club. He attended Heidelberg University and was inducted in the North Ridgeville High School Alumni Hall of Fame in 2012. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.

Morgan McCartney is the branch manager at the Avon Lake branch. She began her financial services career with First Federal Lakewood in 2018 as a teller.

Morgan is committed to helping customers achieve financial wellness and walking them through a wide range of banking services, including checking and savings accounts, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), Certificate of Deposit accounts and more.

Morgan received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Elon University and is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University for business administration.

Dave Meadows joined First Federal Lakewood in 2012. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Dave focuses on creating excellent experiences for customers by providing financing options that match their lifestyles and help them reach their goals. Whether a customer is refinancing a mortgage, buying or building a new home, or investing in property, Dave’s knowledge and experience ensures a smooth transaction throughout the entire process. He has broad experience with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and OHFA loans, which means he can help clients choose the right loan product to best meet their needs. Dave is a member of the Lorain Lions Club, an affiliate member of the Lorain County Association of Realtors, North Coast Building Industry Association and Lorain County Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining First Federal Lakewood, Dave was a Senior Loan Officer with First Federal Savings of Lorain. He received an Associates of Applied Business Management degree from Lorain County Community College.
